It's taken me until now to get up the nerve to write this review mostly because this book broke my heart and then only some of the pieces got put back together, I needed time to find the rest and fix them into place.

I never thought I'd say this but in a way I'm glad this book was short, because it was emotionally shattering. This is a story about love and missed opportunities and finding love again and being brave enough to grab onto it.

T.A. Webb reduces me to an emotional wreck without fail. His stories are so heart wrenching and yet at the same time they are beautiful and uplifting because they show the resilience of the soul at it's worst and it's ultimately at it's best.
