Sorry about this but I just needed to brag a little, having a moment of intense national pride right now. I just watched our men's hockey team win the gold. Both of our hockey teams have done us proud again. Once again we have proven that this is our game!

Let me just say that I am under no illusion that this was easy for either team, the countries that our teams played against were not wimps and they wanted it as much as we did, which only makes me that much prouder of the effort that our Canadian teams gave.
